Refund policy
If you're not completely happy with what you bought, just send us an email within 30 days of getting your order and we'll help you figure out what you can do to return it or get a refund.
Returns
If you want to send something back, you have 30 days from when it arrives. To get a return, the item has to be just like it was when you got it: not used, not changed, and with all the original stuff like packaging, tags, and any extras that came with it. You'll also need the order number we sent you when you bought it.

How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email support@arlovi.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Package Your Item: Once approved, we will send you an email prepaid return shipping label.
- Ship Your Return: Follow the instructions provided to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other returns (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
When we get your returned item and check it out, we'll give you a refund within 7 business days. The refund will go back to the original way you paid for the item.
Exchanges
If you're looking for a different item, we can't offer exchanges directly. What you can do is send back the original product and we'll give you a refund. Then, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Sale Items
If you buy something on sale, you can't get a refund. The same goes for custom or special order items once they've been shipped, you're stuck with them and can't cancel or get a refund.
Restocking Fees
If you need to return something, don't worry, we won't charge you any extra fees for restocking the item.
Incorrect Shipping Address
When you're ordering from us, make sure your shipping info is correct. If the address is wrong or missing something, we can't be held responsible for any problems that come up with getting your order to you. Double check that everything is right before you finalize your order, so you can avoid any hassle with delivery.
